Dr. Randy Robbins was born and raised on a family farm and ranch in the Panhandle of Texas. At a young age, his parents instilled in him a strong work ethic as he participated in every aspect of the family farm and feedyard operations. These early experiences would ultimately leave him with a deep appreciation for the sacrifices his parents made that allowed him to achieve the things he has in life.

A 17+ year resident of Southlake, Dr. Randy Robbins is a passionate community leader, devoted father and husband, and successful business owner and medical professional.

 

Randy received a Bachelors of Science in Education/Pre-Med from Baylor University before going on to receive his Medical Doctorate from Texas Tech Health Science Center in Lubbock.

After graduation and residency, Randy went on to pursue a successful career as an Anesthesiologist. For nearly a decade, he helped build and develop several reputable practices across North Texas before he ultimately went on to start his own practice- Valiant Anesthesia Associates.

Throughout his career, Randy has developed a reputation of excellence based on his impeccable attention to detail, strong work ethic, and willingness to take on some of the most difficult and high-risk cases. As a business owner, he has extensive experience leading diverse groups of people and managing large budgets and operations.

 

Randy currently serves as the Medical Director at the Centennial Surgery Center, Director of Bariatric Anesthesia Services at Baylor Medical Center Trophy Club, and is on the Cardiovascular Committee at North Hills Hospital.  He previously served as Chairman of Cardiac Anesthesia Services at the Medical Center of Lewisville, Vice-Chair Department of Anesthesia Baylor Medical Center McKinney, and the Clinical Quality Committee at Baylor Plano.

In addition to his extensive medical career, Randy has also dedicated countless hours to serving in his community. Randy has proudly served on the Community Engagement Committee and Board of Director of GRACE. While in those roles, he also served as the co-chair of the capital campaign for their new offices and remodeling projects.

​

Randy and his wife Jennifer have been married for our 24 years and have 3 beautiful children. They attend 121 Community Church and reside in Southlake. The election for Southlake City Council, Place 2 will take place on May 1st.
